We’d like to let you know about some upcoming changes. Apple Services LATAM LLC will soon replace Apple Inc. as the entity that represents transactions on the App Store in the following countries:
Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Your Paid Applications Agreement has been updated and no additional action is required from you. Transactions in these countries will be reported in App Store Connect under a new region in Payments and Financial Reports: Latin America and the Caribbean.
Keep in mind that you may initially see two reports for all of these countries, reflecting transactions that occurred before and after the changes. If you use Reporter or the App Store Connect API to automate report downloads, both report files will be accessible using the existing region codes for Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Peru. The other 32 countries will be split between Americas and Latin America and the Caribbean. Make sure to update the region codes in order to access the appropriate reports when these changes take place. The region code for the new Latin America and the Caribbean report is LL.
