If you or one of your end-user is experiencing difficulties watching VODs in the application, please provide Applicaster Support with the following details, in order to enable ti investigate the issue:
- Device model.
- Device OS version.
- App version.
- Detailed description of the issue and steps to Reproduce.
- Location of the end-user.
- Connection used (WiFi/3G/4G).
- Device jailbroke/rooted: yes or no.
- UUID of the device (iOS Only). To get the UUID, the end-user will have to access the app "contact us" section and send an email. that email will already include the UUID
